That is awesome! You have such a good voice. So when are you getting your recording contract?
Okay Sara, I was about to call you and then looked at the clock and it was late. I let Tim hear it, and he was like what the heck thats Sara - anyway Im telling you right now you have to send that song into someone, I can totally hear it being recorded. Did you ever see that lady that sent that song into Faith Hill, anyway it reminded me of her, and she was on Oprah singing it herself! If you don't do it Im doing if of course I would have to have your permission. Also I want to download it on my IPOD, okay I know I sound crazy but really I was blown away!
So is there anything that you CAN'T do?? You're amazing.
hey you! I hope it is okay, but I shared that link with everyone I know. I have a cousin in Austin, Texas that has connections. He has a cd out himself. You are one talented lady! I think everyone that hears that song has felt like that at one point in their marriage. That is wow. Your voice is wow! You rock!
Thanks everyone. It was fun to do. I'm a little surprised with myself that I shared it so easily (you're always your biggest critic) - but I was so excited about how easily it all came about, and I was already detached from the message - it was just a song now. I think it is something that is very relateable for alot of people in relationships and the beautiful journey of marriage (hopefully not for long though!)
Tia, I want to squeeze you - you are so cute and such a supportive friend! I don't have any high aspirations, but I wouldn't mind throwing it out there. And Katy - I don't mind you sharing it. I did make it public, I guess! :)

Garage Band? What's garage band? How fun! I am so inspired by you! We should sing together sometime... you'll have to get me going on song-writing!

Rachel - Garage Band is a song-making program -where you can lay down your tracks and put them all together. I'm still exploring it and learning it. Alot of fun though!
About songwriting - read "The Artist's Way" - I attribute 100% of the song to doing that! It's an amazing program to unlock your creative self. (I posted about it in my earlier posts - check it out)
